With over 15 years of experience supporting luxury five-star hotels and high-end residential properties, I bring a hands-on background in building operations, facility management, and specialty surface systems.
My career has been rooted in understanding how properties truly operate—balancing aesthetics, safety, durability, and maintenance in high-traffic, high-expectation environments. Having led engineering and facilities teams, I’ve worked alongside property managers, chief engineers, and maintenance professionals to execute projects ranging from resinous flooring and waterproofing systems to large-scale restorations and infrastructure improvements.
This operational foundation allows me to recommend solutions that are not only visually refined, but strategically designed for longevity, ease of maintenance, and lifecycle value.
